Chocolatier Jean-Paul Hévin Creates Chocolate Tribute to Year of the Dragon for Hong Kong
Artistic chocolates celebrating The Year of the Dragon are being created as decadent Chinese New Year treats in Hong Kong by world famous chocolatier Jean-Paul Hévin.
Jean-Paul Hévin’s signature tribute is the Chinese New Year Dragon Caraibe – a cocoa bonbon inscribed with a red dragon and available in two flavours, vanilla and fruity ganache coated in dark chocolate or fig and fruity ganache coated in milk chocolate. Priced at HK$20 per piece, it will be available for inclusion in all of his chocolate gift boxes for the duration of the Year of the Dragon while stock lasts.

An auspicious symbol of wealth and prosperity is his Chinese New Year Red & Golden Egg, made of dark chocolate and adorned with gold leaf and contains three golden coins inside. It is packed in a cube box and priced at HK$420 per box.

And as a personal tribute to the creator of the Chinese New Year collection, a golden dark chocolate coin (HK$15 per piece) engraved with Jean-Paul Hévin’s own face is also available!

Palettes of trademark premium chocolates from top quality cocoa beans are also being produced as seasonal gift boxes for chocolate lovers – with variations from the Caribbean, Latin America and South America, and a ‘degustation’ set of six palettes of each of the different flavours with 12 golden chocolate coins. This Coffret Degustation is priced at HK$520 per box.
